Savvee helps you collect feedback and input from your customers about what they need from your product. Your users can submit their own feedback, or vote on feedback submitted by other users, giving you more insight into what is important to them. This helps you, the product owner, make better decisions about what features or changes to make next.

Building a great product isn’t all about customer feedback, but it’s a very important part! Making it easy for your customers to tell you want is important to them will help you focus your efforts on the most impactful changes that you can make.

After you sign up you will get a secret key in your account settings that will let you securly send your customers to Savvee through a simple link. You can display this link anywhere you want in your product!

Not at all! All they need to do is click the link to your Savvee page while they are logged in to your product and we will automatically log them in.

They don’t need to! You can set up Savvee to require review of posts before they show up to other customers. The customer that posts it will be able to see it, but none of your other customers will until you review the content from the Admin.
